• Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.
• All required background checks must be completed before transfer.

Fox Firearms Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Background check processing
• Government processing delays
• Receiving FFL policies or fees
• Incorrect information provided by the customer

Firearms that have been transferred to a customer are considered final and non-returnable.

All prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Fox Firearms Co. reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing errors
• Limit quantities
• Cancel orders due to errors or legal restrictions

If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded.

Firearms must be inspected before transfer at the receiving FFL.

Once a firearm transfer is completed, it cannot be returned to Fox Firearms Co.

Non-firearm items may be eligible for return depending on manufacturer policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to company error.

Firearms will only be shipped to licensed FFL dealers.

Customers are responsible for:

• Paying applicable shipping costs
